Fernando Prieto
Director and Principal
Fernando Prieto is the Director and Principal of Solid Partners Accountants and Advisors Pty Ltd. His role is to act as a gateway between his clients and them receiving excellence in accounting and taxations services.
Qualifications include:
- Post Graduate in Chartered Accountancy
- Bachelor of Business, Majors in Accounting and Finance, University of Technology Sydney
- Accredited Financial Modeller
- Registered Tax Agent
- Registered Chartered Accountant
- RG 146 – Superannuation Product Class
With over a decade worth of experience at mid-tier and boutique accountancy firms, Fernando has developed a strong comprehension in complex tax matters. Assisting clients navigate the ever increasing complexities of the Australian taxation system, ensuring compliance and implementing tax effective strategies.
In addition to taxation, dealing with business groups has allowed Fernando to gain a holistic approach to providing advice, which includes asset protection strategies, restructuring, estate planning and forecasting to name a few.
Andrew Le is an accountant at Solid Partners Accountants and Advisors Pty Ltd. He has enjoyed working with a variety of successful businesses and adding value to those businesses. His aim is to provide clients with advice that allows them to focus on their business whilst giving them the peace of mind that their accounting needs are being met.
He specialises in areas of taxation, compliance, management accounting and reporting, superannuation, asset protection, wealth creation, and structuring alternatives with experience ranging from small to medium-sized businesses to high-net-worth individuals. Andrew is extremely skilled and experienced in setting up and implementing information and reporting systems including cloud-based options.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Small Business Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney. He is also a proud member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
Australia and New Zealand.

Veronica Catanzariti
Accountant
Veronica Catanzariti is an accountant at Solid Partners Accountants and Advisors Pty Ltd with five years of experience working in the accounting industry. She enjoys working closely with her clients to ensure she understands each of their goals and ambitions. Veronica strives to assist clients with the everyday running of their businesses.
She has worked with many small to medium-sized businesses and is passionate about tax and providing expert advice to help business owners achieve the best possible outcome. She is known for working efficiently with a willingness to learn new skills and is constantly updating her tax knowledge.
Veronica has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) majoring in Accounting at Macquarie University. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Alex Cherian is an accountant at Solid Partners Accountants and Advisors Pty Ltd. While currently completing his bachelor’s degree at UTS, Alex has over two years’ experience in the industry and is certified as a Xero advisor.
He is a committed and hard-working employee that always aims on going above and beyond for his clients. Alex handles our communications with the ATO.
Alex is in his final year of completing a Bachelor of Business Majoring in Accounting and Finance at the University of Technology Sydney. His end goal is to become a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
